Cross Sections for Electron Scattering from Atomic Tin

چکیده
The relativistic convergent close-coupling method is applied to calculate cross sections for electron scattering from atomic tin. We present integrated and momentum-transfer elastic the ground first four excited states of tin projectile energies ranging 0.1 500 eV. Integrated selected differential are presented excitation 5p2, 5p6s, 5p5d 5p6p manifolds state. total ionisation calculated states, accounting direct 5p valence shell closed 5s indirect contributions excitation–autoionisation. results compared with previous theoretical predictions an experiment where available. For sections, we find good agreement other theories, while mixed.
